-- Why do I need Freight Quote?

Unlike smalls packages could be shipped out by US Postal Service or Fedex, restaurant furniture normally shipped out on pallets via professional freight carriers. It’s just unfair for most of the customers that some of other sellers mark up too much on all the items for offering “Free Shipping”.

Base on more the 20 year business experiences, we believe the best way for saving freight cost for our customers is comparing different freight carriers for every individual orders. It’s hard to make good balance between quality service and lowest budget. But, don’t worry; our freight department has very professional ability to make the best choices for our customers all the time.   


-- Why ship to commercial addresses only?

Due to the size and weight of furniture, we are unable to provide a flat rate for most items. Please click on “Submit your order for a freight quote" icon to request a freight quote when submitting the orders. We’ll reply to you via email for freight quote in one business hour.

Absolute Seating always offers the most cost-effective shipment method to our customers.


Our standard shipping quotes are for commercial addresses only without any additional services.

All standard shipments are to curbside only. If the delivery site is without a loading dock, the truck will park in a designated loading zone nearby. We recommend Lift Gate service for those addresses without loading docks.


-- What's the lead time for delivery? 

Delivery time is normally 3~9 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the distance, area, and weather. We will send you a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Customers can use their own carriers to pick up orders from our location; however, Absolute Seating is not responsible for any freight-related issues with 3rd party carriers arranged by customers.


Customers must be on site during the time of delivery. Re-delivery fee or other additional service fees will be applied if the carrier attempted delivery but was unsuccessful due to incorrect delivery information or if there was nobody on site.


Drivers have NO obligation to assist with offloading unless specific previous arrangements are                 made (Customer is responsible to unload freight from the truck within 30 minutes of truck arrival).


-- How do I make a freight damage claim?

Any and all claims on items that have been damaged during transit will be made with responsible carrier. Before any warranty goes into effect on items that have been damaged during transit the following instructions must be followed;

Inspect all shipments thoroughly for shortage or any damages and note the nature and extent of shortage or damages if any on delivery receipt. Damages can be noticeable or concealed. Please make sure to have a good look at the cartons.

Check the exterior of your shipment for any damages!



The carrier who delivers your order is responsible for loss and damages. Acceptance of the shipment by the consignee is acknowledgment that the articles delivered are in good condition. 

Shipments are made using third party carriers and although drivers well train and experience in handling shipments, some drivers might not allow you time to inspect shipment thoroughly. In this case, you must note "Items Not Inspected For Damages" on delivery receipt.

If any damages are received and noted on delivery receipt, please e-mail us sufficient images and accurate description of damages to help us expedite a solution. If all instructions have been followed accurately, we will send replacement, hire local company to repair items or hire local carrier to pick up damaged items to be brought back to our warehouse for repairs. Repairs may take from 1 week to 5 weeks repair time.

Immediately notify Absolute Seating of any damaged or for any discrepancies and fax over B/L to 323-890-1348 no later than 48 hours after receiving shipment. A failure to do so will result a rejection of your freight claim/shortage by the freight carrier.


Seller will not be liable for any damage, loss, fault, or expenses arising out of delays in shipment or other non-performance of this Policy, including any claim of consequential or incidental damages.



We provide the following additional services upon request with extra charges:

Lift Gate Services is recommended for commercial addresses without a loading dock. Your products will be delivered on a special truck with a mechanical platform which will lower your items to the ground, thereby decreasing labor and the possibility of damage during unloading.

Inside delivery is for the driver to bring the items off the truck into your location.

Limited access applies to locations where a 50' truck cannot access your location. A smaller straight truck will be needed. The limited access areas include (but not limited) Hospital, Air Port, Farm, Park, School, Hotel, Military Base, Construction Sites, etc

Limited delivery time

Re-delivery fee is charged if the carrier attempted delivery but was unsuccessful due to incorrect delivery information or instructions.

Re-consignment is charged if the customer changes the location of delivery during the transit.

Residential Delivery is charged due to 50’ truck cannot access small streets at will need special truck to maneuver destined area.

 Product Warranty:     

 Absolute Seating offers original purchaser ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY from the date of shipment, against structural frame defects material & workmanship under normal use & service. Upholstery materials are not included. Replacements do not carry extended warranty. 

 The following are specifically excluded from the warranty: Products that have been neglected, misused, altered or repaired   by any party other than Absolute Seating, abuse and any outside of ordinary usage. The warranty does not include upholstery materials. Absolute Seating will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to persons or property after the products have been received, inspected and found to be in good condition and meeting the customers’ requirements.

  Absolute Seating's wood and metal product line is for indoor use only, and this warranty will not cover products exposed to the elements such as water, direct sunlight, harsh, acidic agents or abrasives.
     Absolute Seating reserves the right to make changes at any time without notice in colors, materials, designs, dimensions, specifications, equipment and prices.

 Any warranty not explicitly stated herein are excluded and disclaimed by Absolute Seating without any limit actions. All chair and barstools   dimensions are approximate and will vary. Standard industry variation is one inch.
